Transforming education, mental health support, and professional practice

At Inclusion Education, we create spaces where young people and the professionals who work with them can thrive. Our services are designed to remove barriers, support mental wellbeing, and unlock potential, whether in education, employment pathways, or professional supervision.

Explore our settings and find out how we’re saving lives every day.

Inclusion School

A independent school designed for young learners aged 11-16 with mental health and additional learning needs. With small class sizes, personalised learning, and a trauma-informed approach, we create an environment where students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.

Inclusion College

A specialist college for students aged 16-25 providing education and life skills for teens and young adults who need more than a mainstream setting can offer. Our curriculum is built around clear communication, mental health support, and real-world skills, making sure every student has a future they can look forward to.

Inclusion EB8

A supportive employability hub for young people aged 18-25, helping them gain confidence, skills, and experience for the workplace. We offer in-house work placements, career support, and tailored development, to give our students the tools and confidence to find meaningful employment.

Project Iris

A suicide prevention programme offering a lifeline for young people aged 11-25 struggling with mental health challenges. Through a combination of mental health support, outdoor therapies, and community partnerships, we’re providing hope, healing, and practical support.

Professional Supervision

Supporting those who support others. Our supervision service offers a safe, structured space for mental health professionals and educators to reflect, grow, and protect their own wellbeing. With research-backed benefits in reducing stress and burnout, supervision is an essential part of sustainable practice.
