What is Supervision?
Supervision is a structured space for mental health practitioners and educators to talk through challenges, reflect on their work, and strengthen their professional practice. Our supervision service offers a structured framework for professionals.
Research shows that regular supervision significantly reduces burnout rates* among helping professionals, with supervised practitioners reporting 44% less burnout and an incredible 85% decrease in stress levels when compared to pre-supervision baselines.**
