The Baton of Hope 2025

We’re proud to be lead hosts for The Baton of Hope in 2025, a nationwide initiative raising awareness and driving action around suicide prevention.

Mentoring for EB8

Our EB8 employment programme connects young people with workplace mentors who provide guidance, encouragement, and industry insights. Mentors typically commit to:

  • 1-2 hours per month for 6 months
  • Virtual or in-person sessions
  • Sharing your career journey and expertise

Work Experience Placements

Offer a supported work placement for our young people to gain valuable workplace experience. We provide:

  • Full preparation and support throughout the placement
  • Regular check-ins with our job coaches

  • Flexibility in placement duration and hours

Neurodiversity Champions

Partner with us to make your workplace more inclusive for neurodivergent employees. We offer:

  • Flexibility in placement duration and hours
