Education Reimagined for Mental Health
At Inclusion College, we provide individual support for young adults with complex mental health and learning needs. For young people whose potential has been limited by more traditional approaches, we offer an alternative pathway that places individual wellbeing at the heart of education.
Young people with mental health needs are twice as likely to leave education without qualifications.* This age group has the poorest mental health in the UK, with one in three (34%) people aged 18–24 reporting symptoms of anxiety or depression**. Who we support
Inclusion College welcomes students aged 16-25 who:
- Have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)
- Require a more supportive learning environment
- Need a tailored further education programme
- May have struggled with mainstream college settings
- Are looking to develop independence and life skills
- Require mental health support alongside education

Finding Your Pathway
Our curriculum is designed to help students thrive, not just survive. Encouraging aspirations for a future that might have seemed out of reach. We offer:
- Functional skills maths and English
- Life skills & wellbeing
- Employability & work skills
- Social skills and communication

- Vocational options
- Work experience opportunities
- Counselling and mental health support
Students attend either morning (9:30am-12:30pm) or afternoon (1:00pm-4:00pm) sessions, with themed days throughout the week focusing on different aspects of development.
